Time to Spring in action! If you have not done so, be sure to complete your annual registration with the Secretary of State (SOS) and submit proof of renewal to your consultant if you have not done so. The SOS imposed deadline to renew your registration is April 1. Failure to renew will jeopardize your CACFP reimbursement for noncompliance. Also, don’t forget to stay on track and “Spring Forward” on Sunday, March 10. Set your clocks forward an hour! Be sure to check out our tasty recipes with corn using March’s Harvest of the Month.
